Following a hotter then expected CPI reading, the market is expecting another 0.25% rate hike, which will bring the Cash Rate to 3.35%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ASX 200<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"9036\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fxglobe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/ASX-D-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9036\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"9035\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fxglobe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/ASX-M-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9035\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"9045\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fxglobe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/ASX-W-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9045\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After several attempts by the sellers to break through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fxglobe.com\/chicago-wheat-back-on-the-move\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"24582\">Support level<\/a> at around the area of the 6400, the market has staged a rally from that low point. The market is in an uptrend on both the Daily and the Weekly timeframes, with the strong <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fxglobe.com\/major-currencies-5-common-myths-debunked\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"30709\">Resistance level<\/a>, and the all times high, of around the 7660 area in sight once more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.goatconsulting.com\/blog\/amazon-fba-fee-changes-for-2023\">The market<\/a> is currently quite overextended from it\u2019s Moving Averages, and I am looking for a pullback to release some of this very strong buying pressure. There are two levels that I am interested in. The top one, in case of a shallower pullback, is around the 7380 area, which is the previous High on the big picture.<br>The lower level, in case of a deeper pullback, is around the 7190 area. This level was the breakout level on the daily chart and has been tested a couple of times, and quite precisely, before the market rallied from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As always, I\u2019ll be looking at the lower timeframes for signs that the pullback is over, and the buyers are ready to take control once again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Happy Trading!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good morning Traders!
