The CFTC claims that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2023\/04\/25\/cftc-commissioner-hopes-to-find-path-forward-in-binance-lawsuit.html\">Binance<\/a> has helped US based firms and citizens to circumvent that with the use of VPN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further to that, they also claim that Binance facilitated potentially illegal activities and it was also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fxglobe.com\/forex-trading-for-beginners-10-things-you-need-to-know\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"24334\">trading on the exchange<\/a> in so called &#8220;house accounts&#8221;, potentially, against its own customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bitcoin<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fxglobe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Bitcoin-D-1024x457.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11436\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fxglobe.com\/major-currency-stablility-warning-signs\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"28439\">Bitcoin<\/a> has enjoyed a strong buying momentum in the last couple of weeks, as the banking crisis unfolded. On the higher timeframes it can also be seen as a pullback in the context of the longer term trend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fxglobe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Bitcoin-W-1024x458.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11441\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The market has reached the S\/R level of around the 29,000 and has reacted to it, but it is still holding above the 26,400 area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fxglobe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Bitcoin-M-1024x460.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11446\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A decisive break above the 29,000 could see the market heading towards the next level around the 34,000 while a break below the 26,400 may signal the continuation of the higher timeframe trend, with the next level being around the 25,100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Happy Trading!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good morning Traders!
