BlackArrow is a cutting-edge trading platform developed by Nelogica, a tech company specializing in high-tech solutions for the financial market. It’s one of the top-performing platforms in Brazil, now integrated with FXGlobe. BlackArrow provides advanced features, including tailored customization, streamlined market analysis, and robust automation tools that enhance the trading experience.
The BlackArrow Trading Account is a platform-specific account provided by FXGlobe that allows you to trade using the BlackArrow Trading Terminal. While Nelogica maintains the terminal, FXGlobe manages the account operations.
You must complete FXGlobe’s onboarding procedure, provide the necessary documentation, and deposit the required minimum balance in your account.
To open an account, log into the FXGlobe Client Portal, navigate to the “Accounts” menu, and select “New Account” to create your BlackArrow trading account.
To activate your BlackArrow account, you need to make a minimum deposit of USD 200. During the special launch promotion, the subscription fee will be refunded after trading at least 1 lot in a month. See terms and conditions for more details.
If you deposit USD 5,000, the subscription fee will be waived, provided you maintain at least 50% equity in your account, regardless of whether you trade or not.
You can transfer funds to your BlackArrow account via the FXGlobe Client Portal using any supported payment method.
The BlackArrow platform has a monthly subscription fee that is automatically debited from your account balance upon activation and at the start of each month thereafter. If you trade at least 1 lot per month, the fee will be refunded to your trading account at the end of the month.
The promotion is available to any client who opens a BlackArrow Trading Account.
Yes, as long as you trade at least 1 lot, regardless of the instruments, your subscription fee will be refunded.
The stop out level is the margin level at which the system will start automatically closing your open positions to restore the required margin. The standard stop out level at FXGlobe is 25%*.
Please note that margin level calculations can vary between platforms. On the BlackArrow Trading Platform, the margin level formula is:
Margin Level (%) = (Equity / Used Margin) × 100 You will reach the stop out level when the used margin on BlackArrow reaches 200%.
*Your account’s stop-out level may vary based on risk considerations. If you are uncertain about the specific stop-out level for your account, feel free to contact us for clarification.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing support@fxglobe.com or using the Help Center . However, the current month’s subscription fee is non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle. You will receive an email notification when your access ends. You can also withdraw your cancellation request before the access suspension.
If you decide to reactivate your subscription in the future, you will need to meet the activation requirements again.
After creating your account, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set your password, download, and configure the BlackArrow platform.
