Market Analyst - Portuguese Speaking

Job Overview

We are seeking a Market Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in Forex or financial services. The role focuses on analyzing client activity to retain existing clients, provide support on platform usage, and encourage continued engagement


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client behavior and trading patterns to develop strategies to retain clients

  • Maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients in Brazil

  • Provide clients with platform guidance, account updates, and general product information

  • Reactivate inactive clients by delivering information on services, tools, and educational resources

  • Ensure all communications are accurate, transparent, fair, and compliant

  • Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system

  • Escalate client complaints or issues following internal and regulatory procedures 

  • Monitor key client retention metrics and contribute to strategies to reduce churn


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Forex or financial services client retention

  • Strong understanding of Forex and CFD products at a general, educational level 

  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (English is a plus)

  • Analytical mindset with focus on retaining clients and increasing engagement

  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Professional, ethical, and client-centric approach


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulated Forex environments

  • Familiarity with local consumer protection and financial conduct standards

  • Provide clients with platform guidance, account updates, and general product information

  • Reactivate inactive clients by delivering information on services, tools, and educational resources

  • Ensure all communications are accurate, transparent, fair, and compliant with Brazilian regulations

  • Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system

  • Escalate client complaints or issues following internal and regulatory procedures

  • Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support teams to ensure full regulatory adherence

  • Monitor key client retention metrics and contribute to strategies to reduce churn

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial, trading, and client performance data to increase profitability and optimize costs.

  • Conduct market and competitor research within the CFD and brokerage industry to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Prepare, present, and manage commercial proposals for IBs, affiliates, liquidity providers, and B2B partners.

  • Support budget planning, revenue forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure commercial targets are achieved.

  • Build, manage, and expand strategic partnerships across key international markets.

  • Lead and mentor members of the Business Development team, driving performance and accountability.

  • Develop and deliver business presentations and pitches to partners and potential investors.

  • Actively participate in networking, client meetings, and industry events.

  • Travel internationally as required to support business development activities.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development within Brokerage / CFD / FX / Fintech.

  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (mandatory).

  • Portfolio is mandatory (commercial achievements, partnerships, or business cases).

  • Strong knowledge of MT4 and MT5 platforms (mandatory).

  • Knowledge of the Black Arrow platform is a strong advantage.

  • Proven negotiation, relationship management, and deal-closing skills.
